Albert’s Shed Southwater Launches Battle of the Bands 2026

Albert’s Shed Southwater is launching a new Battle of the Bands competition designed to support emerging original bands from Telford and the surrounding area.

How It Works

The competition will take place across three heats at Albert’s Shed Southwater, with four bands performing at each heat. The winner of each heat will progress to the Grand Final.

Winners will be decided through a combination of in-venue audience voting and online voting. Each in-person vote is worth five points, while each online vote is worth one point.

The Prize

The winning band will receive a development-focused prize package including a professional photo session, a day at RML Studios to record a track, and a future performance opportunity with Albert’s Shed.
