We are located centrally in the beautiful, Tudor town of Shrewsbury, home to Charles Darwin.

We are located in the centre of Shrewsbury, near the Welsh bridge.

ON FOOT

Our town centre location means it’s easy to walk to us from any part of Shrewsbury.  Follow the signs to the market hall, and we’re just a bit further down and to the right

BY BIKE

Bike racks are situated across the road, just off from the front of the building.

BY CAR

Albert’s Shed is only 10 minutes from the Welshpool roundabout junction of the A5. Shrewsbury itself also sits on the A5 and M56 roads.

We have a 65 space car park across the road (St. Austins Street Car Park) operated by Shropshire Council. Charges start from £1.20 per hour 08:00 – 18:00 for up to two hours.  After 18:00 is FREE.  Blue badges holders can park free of charge for two hours before 18:00, there is no time limit after.

Alternatively, Frankwell car park is a 5-minute walk from the venue, also operated by Shropshire Council. Charges start from £1.20 per hour 08:00 – 18:00 and it’s a long stay. After 18:00 is FREE.  Blue badges holders can park free of charge for two hours before 18:00, there is no time limit after.

There is space available near to the entrance for dropping off.

USING PUBLIC TRANSPORT

Shrewsbury is connected to the following lines: Shrewsbury to Chester, Welsh Marches towards Crewe/Hereford, Cambrian, and Wolverhampton. This makes travelling to Shrewsbury railway station from Wales (Arriva Wales Trains) and the West Midlands fast and direct. From there we are within easy walking distance.

Taxis and regular buses operate from Shrewsbury Railway Station to Albert’s Shed (approximately 3-minute journey).

Shrewsbury is fully connected to national and regional bus routes.
