Albert’s Shed Raises £550 for Severn Hospice

Everyone at Albert’s Shed is delighted to have raised £550 for Severn Hospice following our recent Shed Sessions Weekend.

The event took place over the weekend of 2-3 May 2026 and brought together a fantastic group of performers and supporters, all helping to raise money for an organisation that provides invaluable care and support to people across Shropshire.

What made the fundraiser particularly special was the generosity shown by the artists involved. Every performer was paid as normal, but the vast majority chose to donate some or all of their fee to Severn Hospice, helping us reach a total donation of £550.

Severn Hospice provides specialist care and support to local people living with incurable illness, as well as support for their families during some of life’s most difficult times.

We would like to thank every artist who performed, every customer who attended and everyone who helped make the weekend possible. Community support is at the heart of what Albert’s Shed does, and we are proud that together we were able to make a contribution to such an important local charity.

A special thank you also goes to Severn Hospice for the incredible work they carry out throughout Shropshire and the surrounding area.

We look forward to supporting more community and charitable initiatives in the future.
