TALKING HORSES + HEADCASE

Talking Horses bring punchy indie rock with a twist, bold horn lines and a streak of poetry built for sweaty rooms and big singalongs. Formed in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter in 2021, they have been honing a live-first sound that moves from breakbeat snap to chanted hooks in a blink. Recent singles like These Days and Falter point the way, but the real thrill is in the room.

They roll into Albert’s Shed Shrewsbury on Friday 18 September 2026, with Headcase in supporting. Albert says he is already clearing space by the bar for the inevitable dancing, and possibly a stray trumpet note or three.
