BATTLE OF THE BANDS : HEAT ONE
Supersonic Fuzz Gun bottle Black Country grit with early 00’s indie punk snap, Stourbridge DNA grinning through the noise. Hooks swing hard, then swerve, see their single Mad Girls Love Song. Young, loud, irresistible.
Notion of Fortune bring emo tinges to gothic folk, spinning storytelling tunes with high emotion and a Wolverhampton grit. Spin Dead Bird and Dead Bird II, then bring tissues and a mate.
SCARAB bring post funk punk with a conscience. Born from nothing, played with passion, they make your feet move before your brain catches up. Check out their latest single, No Kings.
Anchorites bring shadow and shine to Southwater, a female-fronted alt rock outfit folding folk hush into indie grit, then kicking it up with crashing drums, roaring power chords and sharp lead lines.
