BIOGRAPHY
Formed in the town of Graz, Austria in 1993, this three-piece has been delighting audiences for some time now, and just like fine wine the past 25 years hasn’t stagnated the band. If anything they take to new challenges with childlike enthusiasm which is a total pleasure to watch, and part of that magic comes from their insane ability to keep adding more and more instruments into the mix. It is fascinating to watch, so it makes sense that in 2012 The Uptown Monotones reached the final of Die große Chance, a German/Austrian talent show which is comparative to Britain Got Talent.
